Meeting Update

Hey all-

So in addition to what Fan sent out, I did take some notes at the meeting (its just a few things, nothing too major). After mostly everyone left, we were talking about what would be a good date to have sections written up by. Marina, Fan and myself felt that if parts were finished by Thursday night and sent out to everyone this would work nicely. That gives us the weekend to edit and add anything in should we need to. Also Marina and I have volunteered to edit/put it together.. if anyone else wants to... holla :).
Also- Marina, Fan and I are meeting on Thursday and Noon to work on our parts. If anyone else wants to meet, feel free to come by. We'll be in the same room that we had wednesday's meeting in.

You're also gonna find an email from me on the same topic as this post- so feel free not to bore yourself to tears by reading the same stuff again :P

Wednesday Feb.14th Meeting

Hey All-

I know I mentioned this before, but we haven't actually talked about it...I was wondering if, for the future, we can set an agenda for the next meeting at the end of every meeting. I think it'll help to give us direction and know we're on the right track...

It doesn't have to be super strict or anything (i'm not trying to make meetings boring and dry i swear!!!), just some general things we want to accomplish and things to have done for next time...Kind of like we've done for the last two meetings, but making sure we do it every time... What do u think of this idea?

Also, for tomorrow's meeting, since everyone will have their researched areas done, should our goal be to get the preliminary outline draft done, as well as assign the next upcoming tasks?

This is a decent report, though it's from 2003, so not utterly current. It's focused on small BC businesses and talks about motivations, obstacles, etc. for pursuing CSR.

Weekly Meeting and an Agenda

Hey Group-

Yup, its time again to book a weekly meeting with Dan...should I email him for Wednesday at 2? The only thing that bothers me about this time is being late for my next class, so maybe we can end it at 25 after? Anyways reply about the time.

Also, what is on the agenda for this week? I guess we can discuss our meeting with Ruth and then tell him of the next steps...speaking of which, we should start planning those.

As well, I was thinking that having an agenda for our class time can maybe help us to stay more focused? We use it during our HR Club meetings and it seems to work quite well.

Just some thoughts. =)
